Manufacturing of Plastic Injection Molds
SCRM MOULES designs and manufactures plastic injection molds using a fully integrated value chain.
This continuity, from design through to maintenance, makes it possible to control the technical aspects, meet deadlines, and deliver tooling that is ready for production.

Ensure the Safety of Your Injection Mold from the Design Stage Onward
Our in-house engineering department gets involved from the earliest stages to define the scope of your project and design a mold that meets your production requirements. The goal is simple: make the right choices from the start to ensure a smooth transition to production.
For every mold launched at SCRM MOULES, the 3D definition of the tooling is updated with each new drawing revision to ensure the traceability of modifications and adjustments throughout the mold’s lifecycle. This rigorous approach ensures that identical replicas can be produced, whether for replacement parts or for potential mold duplication.
Analysis of your needs and specifications to define the key requirements (function, appearance, tolerances, production rate).
The preliminary design, including a feasibility study, a conceptual diagram, and an economic analysis. We support our clients in bringing their products to market by proposing the necessary modifications.
3D tooling design and the creation of general and detailed drawings.
The integration, as needed, of rheological analyses and 3D printing capabilities to ensure sound technical decisions.
The translation of functional dimensions results in verifiable steel dimensions, in order to clearly define inspection points and dimensional requirements.
The creation of a comprehensive technical file, including a maintenance plan specific to each piece of equipment.
Our precision-oriented production facilities
A modern fleet of machinery, maintained and updated to ensure precision, repeatability, and productivity. Secure, optimized workflows that combine quality with optimal production capacity.
3- and 5-axis milling
Drilling
2- and 3-axis turning
Flat and Cylindrical Grinding
Wire EDM
Quick Drilling
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)sink-wiring
Our factory is fully air-conditioned. There are dedicated production lines for the assembly of new molds, as well as for fine-tuning, modifications, and refurbishment. To meet deadlines, these various activities are carried out in a rigorous and structured manner.
Rigorous dimensional inspection
Quality is built into the process, with a dedicated metrology department that monitors and ensures the conformity of the molds at every key stage. This approach guarantees dimensional control that is consistent with the requirements of the various markets in which we operate.
Working closely with our clients, we translate product functional constraints into well-defined tooling requirements.
The design and manufacture of our molds are guided by the product and the various requirements it must meet.
We have the necessary resources and tools to ensure that our molds will deliver the expected level of performance and quality.
